Artist Eric Corriel has created a video installation in Brooklyn, New York that dramatizes and visualizes what that area might look like if the East River overflowed. His piece was inspired by imagining New York City under water as a result of sea-level rise. He has titled the project DUMBO Underwater in reference to the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn where it is set.
